The town is one the world's top museum locations, thanks to the Fondation Beyeler and its renowned collection. Just a few steps further, you can dis-cover the works of regional artists at Kunst Raum Riehen and bring a smile to children's faces in the interactive Museum Kultur & Spiel, which re-opened in 2021.

The collection and special exhibitions of the Fondation Beyeler are famous the world over and are displayed in a unique museum building.

Kunst Raum Riehen
Located on the repurposed Berower estate, Kunst Raum Riehen is mainly dedicated to the works of regional artists.

The Museum of Interment Culture at the cemetery at Hörnli offers an exciting view on the often-repressed topic of death.

Memorial for Refugees
