Guest Tickets

The BaselCard is a personal guest card offered to hotel guests in Basel at check-in. The attractive benefits of the BaselCard include free use of public transport as well as free web surfing at various hotspots, plus a 50% discount on admission to museums (in Riehen: Kunst Raum Riehen, Fondation Beyeler), the Basel Zoo, and tickets for the Basel Theatre (only applies for tickets purchased at the box office), a 2-hour tour with the Sightseeing bus, a tour of the old town, regularly scheduled cruises on the ships of the Basler Personenschifffahrt, and a Guest Bike Basel for only CHF 20 per day.

The Museums-PASS-Musées grants year-round free admission to over 345 museums, castles and gardens in Germany, France and Switzerland, including all collections and exhibitions. Holders of the Museum Pass can take up to 5 children along with them, children do not have to be relatives.

The Konus Guest Card of the district of Lörrach allows free use of buses and trains in Lörrach, the surrounding area and in the entire Black Forest region. It also includes the public transportatoin network to to Riehen and the Basel Badischer Bahnhof and Basel SBB train stations, likewise free of charge. Furthermore, the Konus Guest Card is also good to visit the Three Countries Museum.
