Offbeat Jazzfestival

The Offbeat Jazz Festival takes place every spring: not only at a range of venues in the city of Basel, but also in Riehen. The festival visits Riehen for two concerts every year in the historic setting of the village church, which dates back to the 14th century and offers incredible acoustics. The Offbeat Jazz Festival focuses on the young and current music scene of jazz and soul, of ethno-music and of new electric jazz. But it also brings jazz leg-ends and stars to the region's stages.
