Mountain bike route, Riehen and Bettingen forest

The mountain bike route through Riehen and Bettingen forest was opened in 2007. Created in the scope of the forest development plan, it measures 5.9 km. You can look forward to single trail descents of around 400 metres and an altitude of 255 metres! Please note that cycling on the bike track is prohibited in the forest area after sunset.

The Wiesental bike track is an old railway line on which a narrow-gauge railway circulated between Zell im Wiesental and Todtnau until 1967. IBA Trinational

 
This 68 km bike tour includes three loops covering Switzerland, Germany, France and crosses the Riehen and Basel area. As a whole, this tour provides an extensive insight into the IBA project landscape and opens up new perspectives for the interplay between mobility and urban and rural areas
